Two labourers were killed after Rajdhani Express hit them while they were crossing railway track at Umdanagar railway station on city outskirts on Wednesday.

The victims were identified as Nagesh of Tadipatri village in Boothkur mandal of Mahabubnagar district and Venkatesh of the same district. Both were in their early 30s.

Nagesh, along with his wife, was coming to city in search of work and got down at Umdanagar, the Kachiguda railway police SI, Narsimha Reddy, said. Nagesh and Venkatesh were crossing the track around 7 a.m. when the train hit them.
