Two held for possessing fake passports

Cyberabad police on Tuesday arrested two persons on charges of possession of forged passports. Mohammed Adnan Ansari of Santoshnagar and Mohammed Abdul Fayaz of Tolichowki had procured their passports from a broker Mallesh Kumar alias Sunil hailing from Kerala, after paying him Rs.6 lakh, police said.

Police arrested Adnan after he was deported by Malaysian authorities for travelling on a forged passport a few days ago, and based on the information provided by the latter Fayaz was also arrested. A hunt is on to nab Mallesh Kumar, police said.
