Telangana State Council of Science & Technology (TSCOST) is organizing the 25th National Children’s Science Congress (NCSC) for school going and drop out students in the age group of 10 – 17 years to inculcate scientific temper and orient students towards research activities.
A State level training workshop for resource teachers was held here on Friday to sensitize the NCSC fraternity about the salient features of the Congress, TSCOST Member Secretary G. Krishnaveni informed. that the Central Government has declared “Science, Technology & Innovation for Sustainable Development – With special emphasis on accessibility for persons with disability” as focal theme for the next congress.
State Academic Coordinator for NCSC & Head of Microbiology Department, Nizam College Dr. Chand Pasha, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, Osmania University, Dr. A. Nageswara Rao, and others also spoke, according to a press release.
