Three Hyderabad pilgrims killed in road accident

Three city pilgrims on way to Sabarimala died and at least twenty others injured when their bus fell into a gorge between Hubli and Sirsi in Karnataka on Monday morning.

The pilgrims hailing from Hyderabad hired an State-run bus to go on a six-day pilgrimage beginning with Sabarimala from Sunday evening.

According to information reaching here, the three victims were identified as driver Anjaiah, pilgrims Ramesh and Narasimha Swamy. The condition of several others was stated to be critical.
