All roads led to Shilpa Kala Vedika at Madhapur on Sunday, the second and final day of the The Hindu Habitat -2013 that brought builders, developers and the people on one platform.

The venue was chock-a-block with people in search of their dream house or plot. One could find young couples looking for some investments in property as well as senior citizens searching for a peaceful ambience post retirement.

The participating companies also offered free site visits for a first-hand account of the villas and apartments. HDFC Bank also set up its counter and guided people on the options of availing home loans. About 20 companies participated in the event.

“The response to the event was huge and potential buyers had a good chance to meet several builders and understand various aspects of buying a house,” said S. Jawahar of Saket Engineers. He said people showed more interest in buying villas even though there was a good response for residential flats.
