In yet another tragic incident, a Telugu software employee, Madhu Reddy Gudur, committed suicide in Seattle in the United States, on Tuesday, reportedly over family issues.

Madhu, who hails from Ralla Janagaon near Bhongir, allegedly hanged himself at his house in Seattle. He is survived by his wife and a six-year-old daughter. Reports reaching here said he moved to Seattle from Portland. His wife works for T Mobile and the couple had recently bought a house there. Sudheer Jalagam, a Seattle-based Telugu techie from Telangana Development Forum (TDF), told The Hindu that the deceased’s cousins have reached the place and were trying to find out the exact reasons for his death. “We are trying to reach out to local Telugu organisations as well and the family members to complete the procedures to shift the body,” he said.
