Teen hangs self over bike

Upset with his parents for not buying a new bike for him, a 15-year-old boy hanged himself to death at Saidabad on Friday night. Mohd. Abdul Moiz, who cleared his SSC examination, wanted his parents to buy a motorbike for him to go to college.

When his parents asked him to wait for some more time as he was too young to drive a bike, he took the extreme step, said Saidabad Sub-Inspector M.A. Rahman.

Youth commits suicide

A youth from Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in L.B. Nagar hanged himself to death at his house on Friday evening, police said. J.S. Kranthi (19) took loans to marry off his sister but could not clear them. Depressed over it, he took his life.

Lecturer ends life

A lecturer of a private college from B.N. Reddy Nagar ended his life at an under construction building at Turkayamjal in Vanasthalipuram on Saturday morning. Police said Anji Reddy (47) died after consuming poison.
