TDP-TS to launch protest on loan waiver

The TDP Telangana State unit has decided to take to agitational path against the State Government’s failures to implement its assurances of loan waiver to farmers and the forcible manner in which land was being taken from farmers in the name of projects.

A meeting of the TDP-TS leaders had criticised the Government for its failure to initiate foolproof steps in the successful conduct of Eamcet examination. The Government’s inefficiency in handling the situation resulted in the leakage of the Eamcet paper II causing inconvenience to thousands of aspirants of medical and engineering courses.

The party has decided to organise demonstrations in front of collectorates in all districts on August 5 in protest against the Government’s failure to effectively implement the loan waiver assured to farmers. This would be preceded by the party’s constituency wise meetings on August 2 and 3.
