Summons to Jagan, 18 others in ED case

: A metropolitan sessions judge court has issued summons to YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and 18 others, taking cognisance of the second charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate last month about investments made by Aurobindo Pharma and Hetero Drugs in Jagan’s companies. They were asked to appear in court on March 28.

Apart from Mr. Reddy , others who were served summons were his auditor Vijaysai Reddy, Aurobinda Pharma chairman P.V. Ramprasad Reddy, managing director Nityananda Reddy, Hetero Drugs director Srinivas Reddy, IAS officer B.P. Acharya and firms owned by Mr. Reddy.
