Summons issued to Rajasekhar, Jeevitha

A local court here on Thursday issued summons to Telugu film actor Rajasekhar and his wife Jeevitha in connection with a defamation case and asked them to appear before it on February 9.

The 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court took cognisance of the complaint of film producer Allu Aravind against the actor couple that a prima facie case under Section 500 (defamation) can be made and issued summons, Aravind's counsel S. Malla Rao said.
