Telangana to have common database for violations shortly

July 07, 2015 10:47 am | Updated 10:47 am IST - HYDERABAD:

Efforts are on to create a common database of all the MV (Motor Vehicle) Act violations committed in the State of Telangana. Currently, the project is being studied internally taking in to account the technical aspects needed to achieve it.

Once the project is implemented, all the traffic stations across the State will be linked up making it easy for the traffic officials to take action against the repeated or elusive offenders in any part of the State. Presently, the traffic violators’ database of only Hyderabad and Cyberabad Police Departments are linked up.
