The woman was allegedly standing in the speed boat and sustained a cut on her neck after being hit by a mechanised boat. Following the incident, the Tourism Department suspended speed boat driver, G. Shiva Koti. The police, who registered a case and charged him of negligence, arrested him on Sunday.
