South Central Railway will run many special trains for the convenience of pilgrims attending ‘Krishna Pushkarams’ - Train No. 07740 Secunderabad-Kakinada Port (via Guntur) (14 Services) from Aug.11 to 24 starting from 11.30 p.m. and reaching Kakinada at 10.10 a.m. next day
Two services
Train No. 07739 Kakinada Port – Secunderabad (via Guntur) (12 Services) from Aug 12 to 24, starting from 4.50 p.m. and reaching Secunderabad at 4.45 a.m. the next day. Train No. 07741 Kakinada Port – Secunderabad (via Guntur) (two services), starting at 11.10 p.m. on Aug.11 & 17 and arriving at Secunderabad at 10 a.m. the next day.
Stops are at Vishnupuram Pondugula, Pedakurapadu, Guntur, Mangalagiri, Vijayawada, Gunadala, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samalkot and Kakinada Town stations in both directions.
Special fares
These trains with special fares consists of one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, eight sleeper, two general second class and two second class luggage cum brake van coaches.
Train No. 07950 / 07951 Hyderabad-Gadwal-Hyderabad (four services) on Aug.11 & 18, starting at 5.15 a.m. and reaching Gadwal at 10.20 a.m. on the same day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07951 Gadwal-Hyderabad special train will depart Gadwal at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 11 & 18 and arrive Hyderabad at 5 p.m. on the same day.
Stops are at Secunderabad, Kacheguda, Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Devarkhadra, Wanaparthi Road and Sriram Nagar stations in both directions.
AC and sleeper coaches
These trains consists of one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, five sleeper, six general second class and two second class luggage cum brake van coaches.
Train No. 07934 / 07935 Hyderabad-Guntur-Hyderabad (24 Services) from Aug. 12 to 23, starting at 5.40 a.m. and arriving in Guntur at 11:30 a.m. on the same day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07935 Guntur-Hyderabad special train will depart Guntur at 1:10 p.m. Aug. 12 to 23 and arrive in Hyderabad 8:30 p.m. on the same day.
Stop are at Secunderabad, Pagidipalli, Vishnupuram, Pondugula and Pedakurapadu stations in both directions.
These trains consists of eight general second class and two second class luggage cum brake van coaches.
Train No. 07948 / 07949 Secunderabad-Gadwal-Secunderabad (24 Services) from Aug. 12 to 23, starting at Secunderabad 11.45 a.m. and arriving at Gadwal 3.30 p.m. on the same day.
In the return direction, Train No. 07949 Gadwal-Secunderabad special train will depart Gadwal at 4:30 p.m. from Aug. 12 to 23 and arrive at Secunderabad 9 p.m. on the same day.
Stop are at Kacheguda, Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Devarkhadra, Wanaparthi Road and Sriram Nagar stations in both directions.
These trains consists of two sleeper, 14 general second class, a SCR release said.
