One more murder, allegedly committed by Nayeem, was confirmed by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) when they retrieved skeletal remains of a 17-year-old girl Nasreen at Manchirevula village in Rajendranagar on Monday.

The victim was one of the persons illegally detained by Nayeem in his house at Alkapuri Colony of Narsingi. According a statement released by SIT, one day Nayeem and other family members were getting ready to go out to attend the engagement function of his younger brother’s daughter Ahela.

Nasreen picked up an argument with them as she was asked to stay back. Initially, Nayeem’s family members pleaded with her , but the minor refused to oblige and threatened to commit suicide by jumping from the building. Nayeem got wild over this and beat up the girl indiscriminately and forcibly administered sleeping pills to her before leaving for the engagement. He, along with an associate Fayeem and others, returned home later and dumped the body at a secluded place in Manchirevula village coming under Rajendranagar police station area. Based on the confession of Fayeem, the police retrieved the minor’s skeletal remains by exhuming the body. So far, 37 cases were registered against Nayeem in different districts, the SIT officials said.
