The Andhra Pradesh Government issued orders on Thursday transferring six IAS officers, including D. Sambasiva Rao, Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development.
Mr. Rao is transferred and appointed as Executive Officer, TTD in place of M G Gopal. The latter has been asked to report to General Administration Department.
Another important transfer was that of Mr A Giridhar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister. He is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, MA&UD in place of Mr. Rao.
Mr Ajay Jain, Commissioner, Technical Education is transferred and posted as Secretary to the newly created Energy, Infrastructure and Investment department. Ms K Sunitha, Commissioner, Collegiate Education is kept in charge as Commissioner Technical Education.
Mr N Gulzar, Vice Chairman & Managing Director , INCAP, is transferred. He is expected to be sent to central services on deputation. In his place , Mr Ajay Jain will take full additional charge of INCAP.
