Ranga Reddy district Collector B. Sridhar has on Friday issued orders suspending Executive Officer of Shamshabad panchayat Y.Sudarshan for issuing permissions in violation of rules.
It was proven in an enquiry that the officer violated Government Order (GO) 111 prohibiting constructions in the catchment areas of twin lakes of Himayatsagar and Osmansagar, a press release informed here on Friday.
Besides, the district Collector has asked for criminal cases to be filed against two erring bill collectors, it said.
