Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has named the cash benefit scheme of Rs. 51,000 to Muslim brides as ‘Shadi Mubarak’. This scheme is on the lines of the Kalyana Lakshmi scheme proposed for tribal and dalit women getting married.
Fitment allowanceMeanwhile, Mr. Rao approved and sanctioned fitment allowance of 27.5 per cent to all electricity employees of Telangana State belonging to TS Genco, TS Transco and two Discoms as part of the long pending pay revision, according to a press release.
