Rs. 90 lakh to ease water supply in NGOs Colony

Water Board managing director M. Jagadeeshwar sanctioned Rs. 90 lakh to ease the water supply problem in the NGOs Colony at Vanasthalipuram. He also sanctioned Rs. 30 lakh to improve the water supply in Anamgal area in Hayathnagar.

Mr. Jagadeeshwar made this announcement after visiting the L.B. Nagar Assembly constituency along with local legislator D. Sudheer Reddy on Wednesday. Director Technical, S. Prabhakar Sharma, and other officials were also present on the occasion.

They interacted with residents and inspected the water supply position in different areas in O&M Division X.

Residents of NGOs Colony complained about inadequate water supply and requested the Water Board managing director to improve the position at the earliest.

MLA's initiative

Mr. Sudheer Reddy said insufficient water supply was a long pending problem in the area. On his request, Mr. Jagadeeshwar readily agreed to sanction Rs. 90 lakh.
