RGUKT students shine at NASA contest

Students from the Basar and Nuzvid campuses of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) have won several prizes in the NASA Ames Space Settlement Design Contest 2014 and have been invited to attend the 33rd annual International Space Development Conference in Los Angeles, California from May 14 to 18.

The RGUKT Vice-Chancellor R.V. Raja Kumar, said RGUKT students have secured most prizes representing any single education institution in the world as 19 projects done by them won prizes in the Grade 12th and Grade 11th contest held annually for students to develop space design settlements.

The first prize winners in Grade 12 are s Jansi (individual) and M. Manasa, K. Vineetha, K.Akhil and P. Chandra sekhar (team). The prize winners in Grade 11 are V.Tanuja and D.Anusha (team).
