Investigators probing into Dilsukhnagar twin blasts case recorded the statement of patients undergoing treatment in different hospitals on Monday.
Routine process
Sleuths from the Central Crime Station (CCS) visited Care Hospital in Nampally and Osmania General Hospital (OGH) and interacted with patients.
Two special teams visited these two hospitals and enquired with them about the reasons for going to Dilsukhnagar on Thursday.
“We enquired whether they noticed any person moving suspiciously in Dilsukhnagar and surroundings before the blasts,” said a senior police official.
“It’s a routine process and sometimes it may give vital clues to zero in on the perpetrators,” said the official.
Patients to be discharged
Meanwhile, the Care and Yashoda Hospitals have decided to discharge at least a dozen patients on Tuesday.
At Care, Gangulamma, Mahesh and D. Ramesh underwent plastic and reconstructive surgeries, while Sai Rohit may need another abdominal surgery to recovery fully and Yadagiri, who is suffering from an eye injury, was shifted to the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in Banjara Hills.
Still critical
In Yashoda Hospital, the condition of Pandu Ranga Reddy remains critical, while two other critically injured -- Ravi Kumar and Srinivas Rao were recuperating, the doctors said.
