May 05, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:40 am IST - HYDERABAD:

“There is no need to study round-the-clock and burn the midnight oil. If you have a proper plan and have the commitment to follow it rigorously, then even three hours of quality study per day apart from the regular school hours is enough to get good marks”. These pearls of wisdom are not from a teacher but from one of the Intermediate topper from Telangana, Tejasvi Konduri. The talented youngster, who secured 991 out of 1,000 in the second year Intermediate results along with four others in Telangana, on Monday, was felicitated for her achievements by Vasavi Club International.

Future planning

After tasting success in Intermediate, Tejasvi has already started planning for future.

“It’s my dream to study in an IIT and I am preparing and hoping to do well in the IIT advanced examinations, which is on May 24,” Tejasvi says.

She already has cleared the first step clearing IIT (Mains) by securing 162 marks. This year’s qualifying marks for IIT (Mains) was 105.
