Paper mill employee robbed of Rs. 3.5 lakh

Four unidentified persons robbed a paper mill employee of Rs. 3.5 lakh after attacking him with knives at Shatamrai in Shamshabad on Monday.

Thirty-two-year-old Sanjeeva Reddy was on the way to his office in Shatamrai on foot when four youngsters came on two bikes. They surrounded him and attacked him with knives before snatching away the cash bag he was carrying, the police said. The injured employee was admitted to a private hospital where he is recuperating.
