Syed Mustafa Hashmi and Syed Murtuza Hashmi from Osmania Medical College won the Southern Region Round of NTPC Electron Quiz -2017 which was organized at Tagore Auditorium in Osmania University.
Anirudh Singhal and Rishab Thakur from BITS Pilani Hyderabad were the first Runners Up and Syed Manzoor and S.M. Muneer Ali of ICSI, Hyderabad were the Second Runners up team. H. Venkateshwarlu, Special Officer, OU Centenary Celebrations and Hari Kumar, GM (HR), NTPC Limited presented the prizes to the winners of NTPC Electron Quiz-2017.
The winners received prizes worth ₹30,000 per team, 1st Runner up team got prizes worth ₹20,000 per team and second Runners up were presented prizes worth ₹10,000 per team . The 4th, 5th and 6th also received receive consolation prizes worth ₹4000 each per team. Top three winners from the Regional Round will taking part in the national-level competition to be held on 19th August, 2017 at New Delhi, a press release said.
