Documents being issued through Mee Seva centres for Rs. 50

Running from pillar to post for obtaining certified copy of service rendering certificate for cash grant, Muntakhab of registered Wakf property, proceedings regarding constitution of managing committee and proceedings regarding appointment of Muthawalli will now be passé, as the A.P. State Wakf Board is issuing such documents through Mee Seva centres in just 15 minutes. The cost to obtain these copies is Rs.50 per copy.

The Wakf Board will issue the service rendering certificate for cash grants to the Muthawallies annually, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly as per the objects of respective Wakf institutions.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is competent authority to issue such certificates and the same will be uploaded to departmental server at State Data Centre to facilitate Mee Seva Centre for issuing the certified copy, said Syed Omer Jaleel, Special Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare Department, at a press conference here on Friday.

For obtaining the certified copy of service rendering certificate, an applicant or any authorised person on behalf of the Muthawalli have to fill the prescribed form available at Mee Seva centres along with proofs to be enclosed as required in the format.

The Wakf Board after due process registers a property under Section 36 of the Wakf Act and issues a Muntakhab. After publication of Muntakhab in the gazette, it will be uploaded to the departmental server to facilitate Mee Seva centres for issuing the certified copy.

Applicants can get the certified copy of Muntakhab after submitting the prescribed form at Mee Seva centres along with proofs as required in the format.

Wakf Board constitutes a managing committee under Section 18 of the Wakf Act and will issue proceedings for which the CEO is the competent authority. It is then uploaded to departmental server to facilitate Mee Seva centres to issue the certified copy. Applicants can get the certified copy of proceedings after submitting the prescribed form at Mee Seva centre.

A Muthawalli is appointed under Section 42 or 63 of the Wakf Act and proceedings are issued for which the CEO. It is then uploaded to the departmental server to facilitate Mee Seva centres to issue the certified copy. Applicants can get the certified copy of proceedings after submitting the prescribed form at Mee Seva centre.
