Nita Ambani gives over Rs. 11 cr. for cyclone relief

Nita Ambani, chairperson of Reliance Foundation and wife of Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, has donated Rs. 111,111, 111 for relief works in Hudhud affected areas of Andhra Pradesh.

Ms. Nita Ambani presented a cheque of this amount to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at his Jubilee Hills residence here on Saturday.

She was accompanied by Hindi film actress Juhi Chawla and women entrepreneurs including Pinky Reddy.

Mr. Naidu appreciated her gesture.

Later Ms. Nita briefed the Chief Minister about various activities taken up by the foundation.
