The Prime Minister of Nepal, Sher Bahadur Deuba on Friday appreciated the initiatives of the Government of Telangana in leveraging Information Technology and using it for the benefit of the common man.

On a brief visit to the City, he visited the facility of Infosys and the incubation hub T-Hub before going back to the Taj Falaknuma for a dinner hosted by Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, E.S.L. Narasimhan.

Principal Secretary-IT and Industries, Jayesh Ranjan took Mr. Deuba around the Infosys facility and also the T-Hub, the incubation facility of the Telangana government and showed him around, also explaining the various initiatives being taken by the Telangana Government.

"We wanted to show them what is happening in the IT sector here. We basically wanted to showcase our prowess, explaining what the private sector is capable of, and what the government can do, by way of support. That is what the t-Hub is all about,” he said.
