Naidu visits the injured

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visited Yashoda Hospital on Friday and consoled the injured children and their families.

Expressing his anguish over the accident, he said the parents were still in a state shock. Mr. Naidu announced that an ex gratia of Rs.1 lakh would be paid to the kin of those killed and Rs.50,000 to the injured. The Chief Minister also enquired with the doctors about the condition of the children undergoing treatment.
