The city continued to experience a chilly weather with the night temperatures hovering around 15 degree Celsius.

On Thursday the minimum temperature recorded was 14.8 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature recorded was 27.4 degree Celsius.

Met officials forecast a warm day on Friday with the night temperature expected to be around 18 degree Celsius and day temperatures around 28 degree Celsius.

The authorities also forecast rain or thundershowers in some parts of the city.
