A 26-year-old man from Saroornagar committed suicide by consuming poison in the car parking lot in front of Secunderabad railway station early on Friday. A police patrolling team noticed the body of Dilip Reddy in the parking lot and recovered a note in which the mobile phone number of Dilip’s father Jaipal Reddy was mentioned. Based on the phone number, the police identified him.

In the note, Dilip said he himself was responsible for the mistakes he had committed earlier. He also claimed that his friends had duped him and took away his bike and laptop. According to the family members, Dilip, a commerce graduate, was depressed as he was jobless for the past few months. Dilip had been staying at his friend’s place for the last 15 days.
