IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao has been invited to participate in the 98th conference of German Asia Pacific Business Association, to be held at Hamburg, in Germany, on March 2.

In a communication, Mr. Rama Rao had been asked to preside over the round-table meeting so that prospective investors from Germany could learn about the opportunities available here.

The association was keen on learning about the development initiatives launched by Telangana, over the past three years. Therefore, it convened a round-table with German entrepreneurs interested in exploring options in the State.

The conference is expected to be attended by over 300 delegates including entrepreneurs, politicians and ambassadors of different Asian countries, which had trade relations with Germany.

Enhance trade

The event is expected to enhance the bilateral trade ties between India and Germany, the communication said.
