Adilabad Collector D. Divya on Wednesday visited Dubbaguda village in Bela mandal and interacted with Kolam tribal farmers aimed at getting a first hand knowledge of their situation. The Adivasis urged the Collector to issue pattas to them for the lands on which they were cultivating since long.

Ms. Divya asked tahsildar B. Ram Reddy to ascertain the ownership of lands in survey number 18 which were being tilled by the aboriginal farmers. She asked him to check records so that a decision can be taken in that regard. The Collector also inquired about the Rythu Bandhu cheque distribution and anomalies in pattadar passbooks. She asked the local revenue officials to remove mistakes after carefully going through records in the next 15 days.
