Mayor of Kampala City, Uganda, Nasser Ntege Sebaggala, met Mayor B. Kartika Reddy and GHMC Commissioner Sameer Sharma here on Monday and expressed interest in having a sister city relationship between both cities.
The Kampala Mayor, accompanied by three senior officials, is on a five-day visit to the city.
They discussed about the various programmes of the municipal corporation including solid waste management, IT initiatives, etc.
They are to take up field visits too to study the implementation of various schemes.
