Viswa Virinchi has a passion for the piano while Owais is a fan of aeroplanes
He plays piano effortlessly and deals with Mathematics and Physics with similar ease.
The highest scorer in the JEE (Main) in the country, Viswa Virinchi Muppirala has many firsts to his name, including the top rank at the SRM University entrance test. Securing 345 marks isn’t easy in such an intensely competitive test like the JEE, but Viswa Virinchi says though he worked hard for it, the guidance of his teachers at the Sri Chaitanya Narayana IIT Academy made the difference.
A Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) scholar, Virinchi’s first choice is IIT, but he would prefer to study science at the Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), his mother Madhavi told The Hindu.
To India for IIT
Owais Khan Mohammed came back to India from Saudi Arabia just to prepare for the IIT entrance test and accomplished his mission securing the second highest score of 341 marks in the JEE (Main).
Born in Saudi Arabia, Khan studied till his 8 class in an Indian school and shifted to India to realise his dream of entering into IITs, and he has cleared the first step quite handsomely.
A fan of aeroplanes, he wants to pursue Aeronautical Engineering in the IITs and if he fails to get a seat he would prefer to pursue the same course at any NIT.
His family also sacrificed for his dreams as his father, a doctor stayed back in Saudi while his mother and siblings gave him the company in achieving his goal.
