The city police may soon interrogate arrested alleged Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) bomb expert Syed Abdul Karim alias Tunda, in connection with a pending case here. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) which is probing the case is collecting more details about him.

“Tunda is involved in a case reported here in the past. After collecting details, if need be, we will bring him here on a prisoner transit (PT) warrant for further investigation,” City Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma told reporters here on Tuesday.

One of India’s most wanted terrorists, Tunda, accused of masterminding several bombings in the country, was arrested by the Delhi police from the Indo-Nepal border on August 10 after he was apparently deported from the Gulf.
