Hundreds of human resource professionals from across industries discussed the changing landscape of the industry, the challenges it faces and their solutions at a conclave here on Wednesday.
The significance of data analytics in HR was also discussed at the HR Conclave, which was conducted by online job portal Shine.com.
ICFAI director S. Venkata Seshaiah delivered the keynote address at the conclave. One of the points highlighted by the speakers in the panel discussion was the significance of fostering an analytics oriented culture in organisations for improved business efficiency, a press release said.
