The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), which called for bids for projects of Inter City Bus Terminal (ICBT), Miyapur and Logistics Parks at Batasingaram and Mangalapally on Friday announced the names of the technically qualified bids.

Three bids were declared technically qualified for the ICBT, which had the minimum upfront amount as Rs.30 crore. These were Mumbai-based Wadhawan Holdings Private Limited (Rs.48.60 crore), KRR Infra structures Private Limited, Hyderabad (Rs.64.22 crore) and KCP Projects Limited, Hyderabad (Rs.51.30 crore).

For the Logistic Park on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis at Batasingaram, against a minimum additional development premium of Rs.35 lakhs, Mumbai-based Credence Logistics Private Limited quoted Rs.35.50 lakhs while city-based KCP Projects Limited quoted Rs.35.25 lakhs.

The call for the development of the Logistic Park on PPP basis at Mangalapally also had two technically qualified bids declared against a minimum additional development premium of Rs.15 lakhs, Credence Logistics Private Limited quoted Rs.15.30 lakhs and Ancon Design Group in consortium with KCP Projects Limited quoted Rs.15.57 lakhs.

After evaluation, the above bidders were technically qualified for opening the financial bids. The same were opened today in the presence of the qualified bidders, according to the HMDA. After the financial evaluation, a Letter of Intent will be issued to successful bidders.
