HC dismisses petition of accused judicial officers

Justice Anis of Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday dismissed the revision petition filed by one of the judicial officers, who is accused in the bail scam case.

The judge was dealing with a case filed by Prabhakar Rao belonging to District judge cadre. He was named as accused in a case registered by ACB wherein it is alleged that money was arranged to be paid to a special court judge in bail petition filed by Gali Janardhan Reddy accused in the illegal mining case. Prabhakar Rao filed a petition before the trial court requesting the court to discharge from him as there are no grounds to support the case against him. The trial court rejected his contention and the present revision petition is filed.
