HC adjourns AP NGOs case

A division bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganthan and Justice T. Rajini on Thursday adjourned the case pertaining to dispute between APNGO Association and Bhagyanagar NGO Association till Monday, and asked both the groups to withdraw their respective measures like issuing notices and putting up boards.

A single judge had suspended the order of district collector of Hyderabad allotting a portion of APNGO Bhavan to Bhagyanagar NGO Association. This was challenged in writ appeal. On Thursday, the bench was informed that the Bhagyanagar NGOs put up a board claiming the portion of the building and the APNGOs issued notice seeking its removal .
