Govt. properties to be used to ease traffic

June 23, 2016 12:00 am | Updated October 18, 2016 03:13 pm IST - HYDERABAD:

At a meeting held, senior officials of the GHMC and Hyderabad and Cyberabad Traffic Police have discussed easing traffic congestion in the city. Traffic officials proposed widening corners of major junctions to make more space for free-left.

The officials had already identified government properties that could be used to widen or construct bus bays. In the list, about 13 government properties were identified in Sultan Bazar and Kachiguda traffic limits.

A decision in this regard was expected to be taken by the GHMC soon.
