Governor issues summons

Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan on Wednesday issued a notification summoning the Legislative Council and Assembly to meet at 11 a.m. on November 5, for its session. The notification said the Governor was summoning the Legislature in exercise of powers conferred on him by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India.
