Stepping into The Hindu Group’s Property Plus Home Expo, Secunderabad, which was inaugurated on Saturday, can bring you closer to the dream of owning a property in Secunderabad. The two-day expo would see the participation of a dozen premium property brands showcasing their projects located in Secunderabad. The event was inaugurated by G. Srinivasa Rao, regional manager, SBI and Diwakar of Aparna Constructions.

At the expo, the buyers were spoilt for choice ranging from budget homes to functional apartments and luxury villas to bungalows. Some of the real estate companies also provided information regarding open plots in prime locations. Not just builders, there were stalls too to complete the experience of buying a home. The expo also facilitated the interaction of prospective buyers with representatives of financial institutions and bankers. A number of queries by the visitors about the interest rates and others were answered. The venue of the expo has been designed in such a way that it gives ample space for the visitors to visit all the stalls at leisure and explore the products offered. The stall managers also briefed the visitors about the upcoming projects. The Hindu Group’s Property Plus Home Expo is being held at Sarojini Gardens, Secunderabad. The expo would be open for public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. It is being presented by Aparna Constructions, powered by Aditya Constructions in association with Saket Engineers. The banking partners are SBI, HDFC and the TV partner is TV5.
