FTAPCCI team meets US Consul General

A FTAPCCI (Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry) delegation met US Consul General Michael Mullins recently and offered to accompany the Consulate team on its interactions with industrialists across the two States.

The offer of assistance was made after Mr. Mullins informed the delegation, led by Federation president Shiv Kumar Rungta, that US Consulate was visiting various districts of Telangana and AP to interact with industrialists. The visits are to understand trade and investment opportunities. Lauding the initiatives of Telangana towards brand building and AP on smart city development, he invited FTAPCCI to attend the SelectUSA Investment Summit to be held in Washington on March 23 and 24.

Mr. Rungta, briefing the Consul General about FTAPCCI and its work, said the industry body will open branches in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Rayalaseema shortly.
