The final phase of engineering and pharmacy admission in Telangana will begin on Sunday with verification of certificates to be held for all rankers.
Candidates from rank 1 to last can exercise options on July 24 and 25 and the allotment of seats will be placed on the website ‘https://tseamcet.nic.in’ on July 27. Candidates who did not attend certificate verification in first phase can get their certificates verified on July 24 in any one of 21 Helpline centres in the entire State.
The total number of available seats in Phase I was 69,123 while 57,940 seats were allotted. The total vacancies available after the first phase are 11,183 and now 1,403 seats have been added for the final phase. However, the total vacancies now available are 26,106 as several students failed to report despite seats being allotted.
Candidates who secured seats but were not interested in joining and those who have not secured seats so far but got their certificates verified apart from those who have not exercised the option so far but got their certificates verified are eligible for second phase. Students aspiring for a better option can also seek a seat in this phase. However, if the options given in the phase-I will not be considered for allotment if they are seeking to exercise options afresh.
