Diwakar Reddy moves court

Telugu Desam Party MP J C Diwakar Reddy on Tuesday approached the Hyderabad High Court complaining against the ban imposed on him by various airlines, it was learnt.

He averred that a trivial incident at the Vishakhapatnam airport had been blown out of proportion . He said he was prevented from boarding a Truejet flight on July 9 at Hyderabad. He contended that his age would not permit him to take up other mode of travel.

He arrayed Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA, Air India, Jet Airways, Vistara Airlines (Indigo), GO AIR, Air Asia, Spice Jet, and Turbo Megha Airways as respondents.
