Dilsukhnagar blasts: Rs.10 lakh reward announced

May 28, 2013 01:12 am | Updated November 16, 2021 08:17 pm IST - HYDERABAD:

The government has announced a cash reward of Rs.10 lakh to person or persons, who may provide “credible information” about the offenders behind the bomb blasts that took place near Rajiv Chowk at Dilsukhnagar here on February 21 this year.

This will be in addition to the cash reward already announced by the Central government. An order issued on Monday by the government recalled that the improvised explosive device allegedly tied to a bicycle, which went off at the spot on that day had killed 17 persons and injured many others.

Despite claims by the officials that a breakthrough was achieved in respect of the investigation of the bomb blasts, no crucial clue was found even after three months.
