Minister for Culture Azmeera Chandulal on Saturday inaugurated the website of the Telangana Department of Culture at his chambers in the Secretariat.
Artistes from Telangana can directly enrol themselves on the website, and their identity cards will be issued after due scrutiny, the Minister said.
Apart from Aadhaar card, and bank passbook, the artistes will have to upload any old identity card if available, photo and Class X certificate. Advisor to government K.V.Ramanachari, Secretary Burra Venkatesham, Director, Department of Culture, Mamidi Harikrishna participated in the meeting.
