The Hindu Property Plus and Roof & Floor Living Spaces 2016 fest concludes on a high note

Site visits, property bookings and smiles writ large on the faces of customers was witnessed on the concluding day of The Hindu Property Plus and Roof & Floor Living Spaces 2016 fest. The two-day property fair saw a turnout of around 3,000 people at the Shilpakalavedika in Madhapur.

Top brands

The event had more than 20 top property brands of the city showcasing their housing ventures which ranged from flats to villas, besides bungalows.

The venue was also chosen and designed in such a way that visitors have ample space and time to interact with the company representatives and cover most of the stalls.

To promote green living, saplings of various plant varieties were given away as a return gift to every visitor free of cost.

Right from youngsters belonging to the IT sector to the retired government employees, the visitors profile was varied in terms of age group and profession. With crowds thronging the fair venue throughout the day, the show went on till late evening.

The Hindu Property Plus and Roof & Floor Living spaces 2016 was presented by Aparna constructions, powered by Cyber City in association with Rajapushpa. The official banking partner was HDFC.
