National secretary of the Communist Party of India (CPI) K. Narayana, State secretary Chada Venkat Reddy and others have asked the party cadres to oppose what they called the autocratic rule in Telangana. They asked the party activists to build people’s movements in all districts highlighting the district-specific problems and issues.
