Government asked to respond by June

A Division Bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice Shameem Akther, on Tuesday ordered notices in case filed challenging the removal of Dharna Chowk , Indira park, Hyderabad .

The case was filed by V. Hanumantha Rao. He said that the decision of government is unconstitutional. The very idea of not permitting any protest in city is illegal. The Telangana government was asked to respond by June.

Junior colleges

A Division Bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice Shameem Akther, on Tuesday ordered notices to Telangana government in a case filed, seeking a direction to control the Junior colleges in the State.The case was filed by M. Satyam of the Telugu Desam Party. He said the fees were exorbitant and that the admission process was opaque. He sought a direction for constituting a committee to regulate fees and to see that admissions were made online. Otherwise, he said the students and parents were exploited to the hilt. The case will be listed after three weeks.
