A court issued reminder to the Director of Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) following his failure to furnish details of the health condition of former Satyam Computers chairman B. Ramalinga Raju who has not been attending to court proceedings in the scam involving the company due to hospitalisation.

The special court to try the company cases had directed NIMS on Monday to submit by Friday a report about Mr. Raju's health along with copies of daily case sheets and medical examinations conducted on him since March 31. However, NIMS was neither represented at the court nor sent the report.

The magistrate ordered issue of a reminder to the Director of the hospital to comply with the direction by April 23.

He also fixed hearing on charges against the accused and appearance of Mr. Raju in the court on that day.

Meanwhile, the CBI informed the court that it was not in a position to give access to the new management of the fraud-hit company documents in its custody till the filing of a chargesheet on diversion of funds.
